Tribute to Jimmy
Hi everyone! *waves*

I only recently gave A7X a try and quickly became addicted to their music and their incredible brotherly bond. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the Rev (and even of his crazy side project that was Pinkly Smooth) - it's such a shame that he had to go this early. Well, yesterday (or today - sources are not all that clear there) he would have been 30. Let's keep in mind that he lived and not that he died.

So, I made a post in his memory in which I tried my hand on a harp cover of "Fiction".
Thought some of you might be interested.

Wow, beautiful job on Fiction. I like it! Even my boyfriend, who doesn't like the second half of the album (they are kinda like two different halves, if you hadn't noticed) recognized it. Good job. :D I'm glad to hear you've joined us.. A7X really is incredible. The first song of theirs I ever heard was Warmness on the Soul.. then I accidentally saw them a few years ago at Taste of Chaos. That was before I really knew anything else of theirs. They're among my favorite now, and I have a really hard time picking music favorites.

Oh, thank you so much! The second half of the album is very ballad-heavy and melodical, yes. But I love how experimental and diverse A7X's songs have become lately. I probably wouldn't have liked them as much as I do in their earlier days. Let's see where they're going now that Jimmy's no longer contributing...
